Reflection task 2:
At the time in the classroom, I will take about three routines the teacher did it. Firstly, after grating the teacher asked students about the date when she was asked them some question about themselves such as how are you? What do you eat in the breakfast? What did you do after you back to your home? The teacher used small ball to choose a student she wanted to ask. I think this routine helpfully for students because that encourages them to speak and improve speaking skill for them. The second routine is the teacher evaluates each group during the lesson. By using (Eggcellent work) board. This routine aims to make students quite during the lesson and follow the rules. In my opinion, this routine learn student’s collaboration between them to increase their ability in all activities because students like the competition who is the best group? Thirdly routine is the teacher evaluates the behavior of each student (individually) at the end of the class. By using (traffic light behavior) board. That routine identifies the behavior of the student and allowed the student to think in her/his behavior in the class. For example: if the students did bad behavior the teacher pike his name from the super start.
The routine has effects on students learning in a primary class. Firstly, the routine organize the time of class and save the time of the class. To illustrate, when students tidy up their table as a daily routine that will not take more time to do that they will finish fast. Then they will move to another point from the lesson quickly by the teacher. Secondly, the routine makes a class a quite that will help students to analyze the lesson and understand it also, the teacher will do steps of lesson smoothly. For example, each group of student collaborates to make their group the best because they follow the routine the teacher evaluate them after the activity. Thirdly, the routine increase the concertina learning of students during the lesson. To illustrate, during the lesson the teacher don’t need to interrupt the lesson and say what the student must do because they reedy know it.

In the future, I will implement these routines in a UAE primary classroom because as a teacher I want to improve the behavior of students. Through these routines, I can be reinforced the behavior of students during repeated the routine every day. In addition, the implement routines in the classroom help a teacher to improve a management classroom.
