My Teaching Philosophy 

            The purpose of education to help children grow into productive citizens that can use their knowledge, talents, and skills in the future. Moreover, the purpose of education in Abu Dhabi to help children grow into productive bilingual citizens that can use their knowledge, talents and 21st-century skills in the real world. To ensure students are fully prepared to compete in the 21 st century job market. In addition, the purpose of learning English in Abu Dhabi to ensure students are fully prepared to compete for internationality in the 21st-century job market.

            Achieve the outcomes, and works to break down the information easily to the teacher and the students which are the essential purpose of education. I want to teach because I feel happy when I am successful to teach others. I will teach the three subjects Math, Science, and English. In my opinion, students learn best through flexible strategies, suitable for each student’s condition in the class. For example: dividing the students in the class depending on their levels. In fact, I would like to achieve the balance between aspects of teaching such as management classroom, timing, successful learning outcomes, and have a good relationship with the students and the teachers.

            My goals are to get the information to the students correctly and in a fun way. In addition, I try to find new strategies to help me to solve all the problem if I face any. I believe the most effective methods for teaching are positive reinforcement, new strategies of punishment and classroom management. I know this because I worked in six schools before, so now I have the experience to choose the best methods for teaching. The most important aspects of my teaching are timing and organizing my ideas.
